高校1年生「キウイジャム」

校内にあるキウイを高校１年生で収穫していました。
今回はそのキウイを使いジャムを作り試食。

キウイジャムの材料は
・キウイ
・きび砂糖
・レモン汁

クラッカーにのせて試食。

生徒はキウイジャムの少しの酸味を味わいながら、
「おいしい！」
と言っていました。

自然の恵みとキウイを管理してくださっている方に感謝。
