高1家庭基礎調理実習｢鶏もも肉の照り焼きなど｣

高１家庭基礎で調理実習をしました。

・鶏もも肉の照り焼き
・ポテトサラダ
・たけのこご飯
・油揚げとわかめのみそ汁

たけのこは４月に校内で収穫したものを冷凍していました。
ゆで汁と一緒にジップロックに入れると冷凍保存可能です。

どれも美味しくできたようであっという間に完食していました。
