高1家庭基礎みそ作り

家庭科授業内にて「みそ作り」をしました。

材料は
・大豆
・塩
・米麹
です。


まずは米麹をほぐします。

米麹の香りや触感を楽しみにながら、丁寧にほぐします。




次につぶし大豆と塩を入れます。



ボール状にしていきます。

ボールを投げて一度潰します。



出来上がり。

今回自分たちで作った「手作りみそ」を使い、2学期に「みそづくし調理実習」を行います。
