高１家庭科調理実習「鶏もも肉の照り焼き他」

高校1年生で調理実習をしました。
メニューは「鶏もも肉の照り焼き・ポテトサラダ・みそ汁」です。

鶏もも肉を扱うため、事前にカンピロバクター菌による食中毒・ギランバレー症候群に関しても学習しました。

鶏もも肉を均一の厚みに＆食感をよくするために、叩きました。
同時に3品、定食メニューを作ることに四苦八苦しながらもなんとか完成。

みんなでおいしくいただきました。
